Last week's Pub Quiz was damnably exciting with close calls, tragic flaws, and new arrivals to glory. In the end it may have seemed that the status quo continued to remain, but I sense a groundswell of change approaching just as the jackpot is reaching a sizable sum.
When it was all said and done last week, Team #10 Purple, Bagger, Scissors, Lizard, Spock won a narrow victory over Team #12 Maybe Jews & Muslims Were Right About the Pig Thing, but failed to win the mega-jackpot. Team #14 Insert Requisite "Bad Swine Flu" Joke Here decided to be competitive for two weeks in a row and won round 4 to win the privilege of providing these categories for round 3 of next week:
